As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to have significant impact, we want to communicate how we are responding at Bedshed.

We are now offering contactless delivery. Our stores will discuss with each customer an agreed secure location for the product to be delivered, with the aim of limiting the requirement for face to face contact. For further details refer to Bedshed COVID-19 Update 20 March below.
60 Night Comfort Guarantee Extended

Dear Valued Customers,
In these unprecedented times, we want to reassure you that the health and well-being of you, and our Bedshed staff and families nationwide, are our greatest priority.
Our stores remain open and our teams will continue to make you feel welcome and do all they can to offer a seamless customer experience.
As you would appreciate, in line with Australian Government and Health Authorities’ advice, we have adjusted some practices and some things are now being done differently.
Our in-store sales staff will be taking extra care, washing/sanitising their hands before and after interacting with customers and, where possible, hand-sanitiser or our in-store wash facilities, will be available for use by our customers.
All staff are adhering to the latest in social distancing advice and we have adopted a ‘no touching’ policy for staff and customers.
Our daily cleaning routines have been enhanced to ensure that our wider store environment remains clean and sanitised, through regular cleaning of in-store surfaces using an antibacterial solution.
We have also introduced a single use pillow cover policy, so that customers wishing to try out our mattresses can do so with peace of mind.
If you prefer to shop from the comfort of your home, our website is available to browse 24/7, and as the bedroom experts, we are more than happy to discuss your needs over the phone, offer advice, take orders and arrange for Click & Collect or delivery. Please feel free to contact your local store, during normal trading hours.
In relation to our delivery, we are now offering contactless delivery. Our stores will discuss with each customer an agreed secure location for the product to be delivered, with the aim of limiting the requirement for face to face contact.
We appreciate that many customers may not have the means to move mattresses and furniture through their home, however, we have made this decision with the health and safety of our customers and staff in mind.
We will no longer require you to sign for goods on collection, rather a photo will be taken to confirm delivery. Should assembly be required, this will be at the discretion of each store and discussed at the time of booking your delivery.
We will no longer be offering a mattress removal service, but we will provide alternative options for you to arrange. Our aim is to service you with an agreed outcome that is safest for both you and our delivery personnel. A large plastic bag for storage of your old mattress can be provided if requested.
We continue to keep close to Australian government and health authorities’ advice as the situation evolves. The one constant you can rely on is our commitment to keep our Bedshed customers, staff and families as safe as possible.
