How will my order be delivered?

Our Standard Delivery service involves a two-man delivery and the goods taken to the room of your choice. Express Next Day Delivery will deliver your mattress to your door.

If you purchase only smaller linen items and accessories your order will be delivered via Australia Post. If you purchase bulky furniture items your entire order will be delivered via truck. We do not split delivery, so if you purchase pillows etc as well as furniture, all items will be delivered at the same time via truck.

Do you remove and disposes of the mattress package upon delivery?

Our Standard Delivery includes this service if you would like your mattress unbagged at that time. Express Next Day Delivery does not provide this service, as the delivery is only to the door of your home. Click here to read the full terms and conditions for Express Next Day Delivery.
