Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please examine all goods as soon as possible after delivery to ensure your goods are in accordance with your order. Please report any faulty, defective, or damaged goods to the store of purchase within a reasonable time.

We handle returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We otherwise do not provide refunds for a change of mind. Any refunds will be managed by the store of purchase.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact the store fulfilling your order as soon as possible. The cancellation of an order for custom-made or specially manufactured items may incur a restocking or cancellation fee. If so, you will be advised of this at the time of your request to cancel the order.

If you wish to cancel due to an issue with the product or service, we will work with you in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the circumstances.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order after purchase but prior to delivery, please contact the store fulfilling your order as soon as possible. If the product you ordered was not in stock at the time of your order, then it is being made or ordered specifically for you by the manufacturer. Any changes to your order may incur a restocking or alteration fee, which you will be advised at the time of your request to change your order.

What if I want a refund on my order after it's delivered?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
